Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at DriveSense (SG). In an unlikely situation where you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! We're here to help even though different products from different suppliers/manufacturers have different policies or requirements associated with them. Below is a general policy that applies to most products sold here.
You have 30 days from date of receipt/collection to return the item if the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product. All item original packaging and documents must be returned with the item.
Any item(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after receipt/collection will not be accepted for return. This includes any damages due to shipping. Any item(s) that has already been installed for use and installed by a third-party workshop will not be eligible for return.
Eligible item(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping fees for the returned item. Please contact us for assistance.
We will send a notification to your registered email once we have received your returned item. We will inspect the returned item to determine if your returned item is eligible for a refund. We will provide updates on the status of any refund to your registered email. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time taken to receive the credit is dependent on your bank’s/card issuer’s policies. However, we strived to initiate the refund at the soonest possible.
Please note that all original shipping fees are not refundable. However if your return is a result of a DriveSense (SG) error, we will refund the original shipping fees.
